ABOUT OUR SAPROPEL

Sapropel reveals the genetic potential of plants laid from old times (7000-9000 years ago).

ukrainian-organics-sapropel

Type of sapropel: Organic.

Class: Premium.

Origin place: Volyn, Western Ukraine.

Mining place: Sinove Lake (age 9000 y.o., from Ace Age).

Deposits: 2,500,000 ton.

Production technology: Sapropel is extracted using a dredger, and sent to the plant through a slurry pipeline, where it goes through the stages of mechanical cleaning and dehydration (moisture reduction). Thanks to the advanced German equipment and a closed production system, our organic sapropel has a stable high quality at any delivery volumes.

Issue forms: liquid, gel, paste, powder, granules.

Minimum order quantity: 24 tons (one 40′ container).

 APPLICATION of ORGANIC SAPROPEL

Dehydrated screened organic sapropel from Sinove Lake, Ukraine.

NEUTRALIZATION OF TOXIC ELEMENTS, HEAVY METALS AND OTHER AGGRESSIVE ENVIRONMENTS ON POLLUTED SOILS, SALINE SOILS. LEVELING THE WATER-SALT BALANCE OF THE SOIL

HEAVY METALS. The main purpose of sapropel-based products is to create an organic layer in contaminated soil. This measure will dramatically accelerate the biological and chemical stages of decomposition of harmful substances, restore specific cover vegetation of the soil, block the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere and groundwater.

SALT. With the help of sapropel, a healthy layer of soil is created, which prevents the migration of salt from the lower levels of the soil towards its surface.

By changing the structure of the soil, sapropel significantly reduces the overall level of salinity.

Sapropel allows oxygen to enter the soil, making the soil looser.

Sapropel helps maintain soil moisture – acts as an adsorbent.

Our R&D Department will develop solution especially for your company’s needs. Please contact us regarding any questions.

According to IAEA Guidelines for Agricultural Countermeasures that Can Be Taken Following an Accidental Release of Radionuleides (1994), sapropel dramatically reduces tansfering of  cesium (Cs) and strontium (Sr).

CREATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF FERTILE LAYER  OF THE SOIL

Restoration or improvement of soil fertility with sapropel-based products helps nature to balance the soil ecosystem and minimize harmful processes from various types of soil pollution: pesticides, agrochemicals, industrial emissions, natural disasters, fire and plastics.

Sapropel is a valuable material that provides rapid  humus formation in the soil. Mixing sapropels with soil forms a favorable structure of the soil. The most valuable micro- and macroelements are in fractions in the size range of 0.01… 0.001 mm: oxides of iron, aluminum, manganese, kaolin, phosphates and others, which have plasticity, stickiness, cementing properties, ability to swell.

Such properties of sapropel in combination with soil, especially sandy soil, form a lumpy-grained structure which is the most effective component for the growth and viability of crops. The reclamation properties of Sapropit normalize soil acidity, the bound reserves of phosphorus and potassium become readily available to plants, and the improved soil structure saves up to 15% on fuel and lubricants for tillage and harvesting.

SAPROPEL AS A PART OF ORGANIC AND MINERAL FERTILIZERS

Sapropel is used as a component of organic, organic-mineral and mineral fertilizers.

Sapropel is unique combination of organic compounds, humic acids, fulvic acids, peptides, amino acids, hormones and a wide range of substances that increase humus. Active substances Sapropit activate the existing potential soil fertility, physiological metabolic processes in plants and soil microbiota.
Sapropel enriches the absorption complex of the soil, saturating it with deficient organic compounds. Increased soil fertility with the help of sapropel works for 2-3 years, accumulating and giving plants moisture, gradually giving their own and available in the soil nutrients.

Sapropel-based products help speed up metabolic processes in plants and soil, thicken cell membranes, increase plant turgor. Humic and fulvic acids, which are part of sapropel, form a long-term stimulating food for soil and plant microbiota, provide them with more accessible labile organic substances, which quickly and generously enrich soil reserves with amino acids, hormones, proteins and other deficient organic compounds.
